About This Project
Akkadli lets sellers hand customer conversations on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram to an AI that replies for them, while they manage their products, orders and team in one place. The backend runs on Nest.js and PostgreSQL and the frontend on React and Next.js, each in its own repository. I took part in building both. The platform is finished and ready to deploy.
The Challenge
Sellers answer the same customer messages on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram all day, and every reply takes time away from selling.
The Result
A finished platform, ready to deploy. I took part in building both the backend and the frontend, together with the team.
